“People assume pesticides & antiobiotics are bad”.  And yes, farmers do use them to make a quick buck, but that’s because they have to when they’re locked in a classic example of the Prisoner’s Dilemma.  Industrial ag is a rat race & even though (s)he does use these pesticides & antibiotics, you have to feel sorry for the farmer just trying to stay in the game. 

Also, the way they manipulate the fact that the majority of Americans don’t live on farms is disgusting.  Their argument is patronizing and authoritarian.  “Don’t ask questions about our methods!”

And don’t even get me STARTED on the brief mention of Walmart carrying organic milk and the bluff that they’re sooo progressive.  Walmart signed a contract that they would only buy milk from very few select states, so the chance that your Walmart milk is local is little to none.  What good is it being organic if they burn fossil fuels to ship it to you?  My father is a dairy farmer in South Florida and I REFUSE to buy any dairy products from Walmart.
